What system is your team certified in?

All of our bookkeepers hold up to date QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor Certifications.

Do I still get to have a say in how my books are categorized?

We have an initial meeting and subsequent monthly conversations to ensure your books are ‘telling the story’ you want told.

How quickly can I get started?

Right away! Our initial meeting allows us to understand your current books, or get the details needed to set up a new set of books for you.

Are Bookkeeping services customizable?

Absolutely! We most often assist clients with monthly reconciliations, financial review, AP/AR, and invoicing.

What bookkeeping software do you use?

We work in QuickBooks Online and Quickbooks Desktop with remote access. You will always maintain ownership and control of your books while we work inside them.

How often will I communicate with my bookkeeper?

As often as you like! At a minimum, you will hear from us for your financial review on the agreed upon interval, but we are reachable by email any time.
